I developed the ISS-Above and it is a little device that lights up whenever the ISS is making a pass over / near your location (it also provides more extensive information via an in-built web server and you can also add an LCD display to it if you want).
It's already running perfectly at over 20 locations worldwide and you can now get one yourself by becoming a backer on the Kickstarter that is running until Feb 27th 2014.

The Expedition 38 crew said farewell to an unpiloted Russian cargo craft Monday morning while making preparations for the arrival of the next space freighter, which is set to make an expedited 6-hour journey to the International Space Station Wednesday.
