MAURICIO PY4MAB BRAZIL SOUTH AMERICA
12/20/2008 1915 UTC First ISS SSTV Capture
I decided to try the MMSSTV software for the first time. Since it was -13C here in the central USA I didn't want to stand outside with my ArrowII. So I connected the computer to my scanner and using a simple homebrew wideband double bowtie biconical dipole I gave it a shot. The antenna isn't in the best location since I live in an apartment, but am still happy with my first ISS SSTV image.
