NASA Television and CNN viewers sew a
spectacular live view of the orbiter from a color video camera mounted to the
top of the External Tank.
"...The camera, which provided a view of the front and belly of the orbiter
and a portion of the Solid Rocket Boosters and External Tank, offered the
STS-112 team an opportunity to monitor the shuttle's performance from a new
angle. It provided views of launch and separation of the right booster and the
External Tank...." Nasa said.
Docking is scheduled for October 9 at 15:29 UTC
and Undocking for October 16 at 13:14 UTC.
Atlantis will return to the Kennedy Space Center after 11 days mission on
October 18 at 15:46 UTC.
